I have finally arrived at the top of the faraway tree
I have been packing my bag, keeping in mind my journey to come and trying to bring things that have good energy and soul to them, I have my rosewood and ebony knitting needles, natural, plant dyed wool to knit with in the most extraordinary moss green and earth brown, with a little sky blue to augment it with. I have my colored pencils and my sketch book along with my favorite pens to write with. I am staying in the magenta gypsy wagon, over by where the horses are tethered, I like to hear them breathing at night while I look out at the stars.
I went out for a walk today, steered clear of the standing stones, they are calling to me but my mind is not yet focused enough to listen to them. While I was walking through the woods a woman appeared out of nowhere as if she were a part of the forest itself, she just stood looking at me and handed me a scroll wrapped in leather string. Her eyes were amazing, one blue and the other brown, so striking and disarming to see that, I was not quite sure where to look and kept looking from one to the other unable to stop. She walked with me to a pool of water, waiting for me to open the scroll but as soon as I did, she disappeared, gone as quickly as she had appeared, did I imagine her? Surely not as the scroll felt real enough in my hand, all it said was "Go to the stones" and so I will. But first, I will sit here by this pool of water, I will listen to it dance over the stones on it's way to somewhere else and I will try to find my focus, to center myself and prepare for my journey.

Wow Shannon! Staying in the magenta wagon and the stones are already calling your name. I think I would sit by the pool of water before responding too. You have my interest.
