Meeting a Supportive Entity
The Exercise
Close your eyes and relax your body... Take all the time you need to make yourself comfortable... shift muscles...stretch and relax... Make sure your spine and neck are straight and aligned... not held stiffly. There is no stiffness here... just comfort. You are beginning to calm... There is no hurry now... There is nothing else to do or think about.... Just relax.Notice your breath...let your breath enter deeply into your body... Let breath roll into you like soft, heavy clouds that fill you with silence...inhale slowly... deeply. Exhale slowly... thoroughly.... let your breath sink in and out. Your breath is in rhythm of calm... inhale silence... be aware of your human feelings and emotions. You are not made of stone. You have senses.... taste, smell, feeling, sight, touch, intuition....Take yourself in your mind's eye to a safe and quiet place here in the Land of Standing Stones. You see a path... you begin to walk this path.. notice the weather, the temperature, the landscape you are walking through.... after awhile you see in the distance an entity walking towards you.... the two of you are coming to meet each other... as you get closer... notice the feelings in your heart as you anticipate the meeting. How do you greet one another? What do you say? What does the entity say? What is the entity's name? What is the message it has bought to you? How will you find each other again? When you have received your message and are ready, return back down the path... Do you walk separately?Find your way back to the here and now... emerge out of the silence of your body.... there is no hurry.... stretch.... open your eyesTake time to draw or write whatever you want to record from this meeting. Find images, photographs, paintings that remind you of this entity and your guidance. Keep them with you in the Medicine Bag that le Enchanteur has left for you to gather all sorts of wisdoms, talismans and reminders while you are here.

I have arranged to meet a friend here,in this warm sunny private place.I have gone back in time nearly five years or maybe it is closer to six. The sun is streaming through the large dining room/cum kitchen window. It is a lovely day.The sky is that bright pretty blue and white puffs of cloud move across the sky. The sun makes the colours in the small retangular garden. I contemplate the merits of being outside on such a lovely day but deceide to stay put.I am comfortable, relaxed and happy and expect my friend to be also.I am very proud and fond of my little flat I call home.
Here comes my friend she has been here before but not for many years. She is always pleased to see me and I am happy that she is able to see my lovely little home we both know it has been hard won through much effort by me and others. We both know it would be a heartbreaker to leave it but at this point I have no intention of doing so and do not care to worry.
So we talk about earlier times, happy memories, trips, holiday's there is excited chatter and much laughter, tea and biscuits,I never thoght I would be hostess as I was not particularly good at it. It was all very enjoyable but then I realized I would miss a valuable opportunity if I didn't give voice to niggling
"Mr worry wort!" What on earth would happen if I had to give all this up?
Marie. If it comes to that you will be fine.
"Mr Worry Wort" I am glad you are so certain. How do you know?
Marie There is always a bright side.
"Mr Worry Wort" What if you can't see or find it.
Marie you will see it,find it and know what to do with it
"Mr Worry wort" oh sure I will,I think not! It is more likely to make me ill or kill me off.
Marie You can't see or find it because you don't expect to see or find it.
"Mr worry wort" possibly.
Marie..........
fMarie If you look for the bright side,I am sure you will find it. It may not be as you expect and you may not recognise it but it will be there.
"Mr Worry Wort" arh har." (Deep in thought.) I said I'd meet the ferry women.I saw her last week and she was looking for passengers, there's a long week-end coming up and I'm sure you need a break like me.
Marie I tell you what I will walk with you and then perhaps I could keep an eye on this place for you as I am in need of a place to stay for a few days,That's settled then.
